This class does include straight-forward DIY remedies that anyone can make at home (e.g. herbal hand baths, poultices etc.), without advanced techniques or equipment, as well as options for buying products that are too complex to make without investing time and money in specialist equipment and ingredients. You don’t need to make everything yourself: simply buy the more complicated products (e.g. creams etc.) from one of Vivienne’s recommended herb suppliers.
